The checks behind every batch
Our Rayong plant runs 76 test and laboratory machines alongside 97 production machines. Testing is part of the production flow, not a final afterthought.
Hardness
HV testing of incoming wire and heat-treated parts.
Metallographic
Wire section and microstructure examination.
Load & torsion
Performance verification against drawing requirements.
Dimensional
Length, diameter and geometry inspection.
Fatigue
Fatigue testing for programs where cycle life is critical.
Visual & surface
Surface condition, plating and finish checks.
Traceable from wire lot to shipment
Inspection records, material certificates and process data are kept so that a finished batch can be traced back to its inputs.
