Products
Ten product families.
One manufacturer.
Custom-engineered springs and wire forms, made to your drawing in Rayong, Thailand — from sampling through volume production.
Custom springs, not catalogue parts
Every product below is engineered against customer drawings and specifications. Tell us the application, the loads and the environment — we will propose the right form, material and finish.

Compression Springs
Helical coil springs that resist compressive force, supplied in a range of wire diameters, materials and end configurations.

Tension Springs
Extension springs that absorb and store energy under pulling force, with hook, loop or custom end forms.

Torsion Springs
Springs that exert rotational force when twisted — hinges, door mechanisms, latches and other torque applications.

Touch Springs
Conductive contact springs for PCB and connector applications, designed for reliable electrical contact in compact assemblies.

Wave Springs
Flat-wire or round-wire springs formed into waves — compact axial load with a low solid height.

Power Springs
Spiral springs that store and release rotational energy for retraction mechanisms and similar devices.

Shaped Springs
Custom-formed springs built to specific geometry and load requirements where a standard form will not fit.

Wire Forms
Bent wire components and assemblies manufactured to drawing for fastening, retention and structural use.

Stamping & Spring Plates
Stamped metal parts and spring plates for assemblies that combine formed springs with flat components.
Automotive springs and wire forms
Compression, extension and torsion springs, wire forms and stamped spring plates for automotive sub-assemblies — produced in Rayong under ISO 9001:2015, with salt spray and fatigue testing in-house.
A clear path from sample to volume
We keep the process simple: review the drawing, build the sample, validate the process, then run production with inspection at every stage.
Drawing review & quotation
We review geometry, material, loads and application, then confirm feasibility and pricing.
Sampling & validation
Samples are produced against your drawing and checked before production tooling is released.
Volume production
Production runs with incoming, in-process and final inspection under our quality system.

Specified for the application
Material and finish selection follows the load case, corrosion exposure and assembly process — not a default list.
- Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and music wire
- Phosphor bronze and other customer-specified materials
- Heat treatment and stress relief in-house
- Passivation, plating and coating options to specification
- RoHS / REACH compliance available on request
| What to include in your RFQ | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Spring type and drawing | Defines the form and the manufacturing route |
| Wire material and diameter | Drives load, fatigue life and corrosion resistance |
| Dimensions and end configuration | Determines tooling and inspection plan |
| Load at specified lengths | Sets the performance target for validation |
| Estimated annual quantity | Guides tooling and production planning |
| Application and environment | Informs material, finish and testing choices |
Have a drawing? We can quote it.
Send your spring drawing or describe the application — our engineering team will reply with next steps.
STEP, DWG, DXF and PDF files are all welcome.
